RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE CUSTOMER CAN RETURN THE ORDER, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE TO RECEIVE A REFUND.
THE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN PERFECT CONDITION , WITH THE ORIGINAL LABELS AND PACKAGING AND ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES RECEIVED IN THE PACKAGE.
IMPORTANT : RETURNED ITEMS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SOLES OF THE SHOES MUST NOT SHOW SIGNS OF USE AND THAT UNDERWEAR AND SOCKS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR HYGIENIC REASONS. PERFUMES ALSO CANNOT BE RETURNED.
THE SECURITY SEAL ON THE ITEMS TO BE RETURNED MUST NOT BE CUT OR BROKEN.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
TO MAKE A RETURN, THE CUSTOMER MUST FILL IN THE APPROPRIATE RETURN FORM.
FOLLOWING THIS REQUEST, THE AUTHORIZATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TOGETHER WITH THE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE SHIPMENT.
RETURNS AUTHORIZED BY REVOFFICIAL.COM MUST BE SHIPPED FROM THE SAME ADDRESS TO WHICH THE ORDER WAS SENT.
REVOFFICIAL.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN AUTHORIZED OR SENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RETURN POLICY. IN THESE CASES, REVOFFICIAL.COM CAN RETURN THE PACKAGE TO THE SENDER AT THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING ADDRESS.
ANY ACCEPTANCE OF AN UNAUTHORIZED OR NON-COMPLIANT RETURN IN ANY CASE INVOLVES A CHARGE EQUAL TO 10% OF THE VALUE OF THE RETURNED GOODS ON THE REFUND DUE.
RETURN COSTS
RETURN SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE OR FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
IN CASE OF RETURN OF DISCOUNTED ITEMS, THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE APPLIED:

THESE COSTS, TOGETHER WITH ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES, WILL BE SUBTRACTED WHEN THE REFUND DUE IS ISSUED.
METHOD OF REFUND OF THE RETURN
THE RETURN REFUND TAKES PLACE ON THE SAME DAY OF RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE AND ONLY AFTER THE QUALITY CONTROL OF THE RETURNED ITEMS.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REFUND IS ISSUED ONLY FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE ITEMS, THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE ALWAYS CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.
FOR ORDERS PAID BY CREDIT CARD, THE REFUNDED AMOUNT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS IN ABOUT 5 WORKING DAYS AND WILL STILL BE VISIBLE ON THE NEXT CARD STATEMENT. THE TIMING OF THE CREDIT MAY VARY ACCORDING TO THE BANK CIRCUIT OF THE CREDIT CARD USED.
FOR ORDERS PAID WITH PAYPAL AND ALIPAY THE AMOUNT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL ACCOUNT.
THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN THE SAME CURRENCY AS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. ANY DIFFERENCES IN THE AMOUNT DUE TO EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTUATIONS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

All shipments will be shipped via DHL EXPRESS. REVOFFICIAL.COM does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise. All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We remind first-time Clients that REVOFFICIAL.COM can request the Bank or PayPal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from REVOFFICIAL.COM or the DHL specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or REVOFFICIAL.COM.
On REVOFFICIAL.COM you can Pre-Order items that have an expected shipment date in the coming months.
The expected shipment date indicated is the confirmed date given to REVOFFICIAL.COM by the supplier. If using a Credit Card or PayPal, the full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed.
REVOFFICIAL.COM is not responsible for changes to the delivery date, cancellations or modifications of Pre-Order items caused by supplier production changes.
If a Pre-Order item can no longer be sold, the amount payed will be refunded using the original payment method.
Pre-Order items will be shipped as soon as they are available.
FOR PRE-ORDERS, THE COUNTRY ENTERED IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CANNOT BE CHANGED FOR ANY REASON.
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. REVOFFICIAL.COM packages arrive in WHITE boxes with tape.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for by an unknown party or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact CLIENTSERVICE@REVOFFICIAL.COM
When there is a reception desk or doorperson present at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the on-duty personnel.
If the package or the items are damaged or if an item shown in the delivery note is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by REVOFFICIAL.COM within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the REVOFFICIAL.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy.
These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL NOTIFYING YOU THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
AT THIS TIME, THE ORDER STATUS IN YOUR ACCOUNT IS "SUBMITTED".
SOME ORDERS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL VALIDATION.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN APPROVED, ITS STATUS IN YOUR ACCOUNT CHANGES TO "CONFIRMED".
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND AN INVOICE.
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for a Size/color Exchange or Refunded within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
Return Instructions
To request a return write an email to CLIENTSERVICE@REVOFFICIAL.COM with the order number and the items to return and the desired type of return. Once completed, REVOFFICIAL.COM will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment.
The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by REVOFFICIAL.COM.
If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the Client’s responsibility.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
Types Of Returns
Size/Color Exchange
Items can be exchanged once and only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
RETURNS DESTINED FOR REVOFFICIAL.COM MUST BE SHIPPED FROM THE COUNTRY WHERE THE ORDER WAS ORIGINALLY DELIVERED. YOU MUST ALWAYS ATTACH THE ORIGINAL RETURN FORM.
RETURNED ITEMS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED AND MUST HAVE ALL TAGS, ACCESSORIES AND INSTRUCTION BOOKLETS PRESENT UPON RECEIPT.
DAMAGED, WORN, DIRTY OR ALTERED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
REFER TO THE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" APPLICABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY.
REV WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO ENSURE A PROMPT REFUND. RETURN REQUESTS WITH REFUND ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 DAYS FOLLOWING THE CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER.
A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU AS SOON AS WE HAVE PROCESSED YOUR REQUEST AND ARRANGED FOR THE RELEVANT AMOUNT TO BE CREDITED.
REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE CREDITED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD USED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
